What should Hastings renters know before booking?

Hastings sits on SR 207 between Palatka and St. Augustine, a short drive from our yard. Hastings is potato and cabbage country. Hand-labor farm crews fall under OSHA 1928.110: one toilet and one hand wash facility per 20 workers. Flagler Estates has many unpaved roads. Tell us about soft sand before delivery.

What do Hastings renters usually need?

Hastings is farm country, known as the Potato Capital of Florida, and its rentals follow the crops and the calendar. Field crews need toilets and hand wash stations near the rows, and the April Cabbage, Potato and Bacon Festival brings crowds to Main Street. Since 2018, St. Johns County handles local permits, so event planners work with county Parks and Recreation.
