What should I prepare before delivery?
Before delivery, pick a level spot about 4 feet square, clear a 10-foot-wide path from the street, unlock gates or share the code, and mark sprinkler heads, pavers, septic lids and wells. Tell us about low wires, tree limbs and soft ground. You do not need to be home.
- Truck clearance: the delivery truck needs about 12 feet of height clearance.
- Rural sites with no street address: send a map pin and a landmark.
- HOA communities: check whether the unit must sit in the driveway.
What happens on a service visit?
On a service visit, the technician pumps the waste tank, adds fresh deodorizing fluid, washes and sanitizes the seat, walls, floor and urinal, restocks toilet paper and sanitizer, and checks the door latch. Service happens on a fixed weekly day, and the crew needs truck access to within about 10 feet.
How do extensions and pickups work?
Event rentals can be extended by calling before the scheduled pickup. Monthly rentals renew every 28 days on their own. To end a monthly rental, call before the next cycle; billing stops on the confirmed pickup date. Leave the unit unlocked and reachable on pickup day.

What time will the driver arrive?
Delivery happens during the day, but there is no fixed appointment time. The driver calls about 30 to 60 minutes before arriving, and you can add notes for a morning or afternoon preference.
Can you deliver to a property with no address?
Rural lots without an address are fine. Send a map pin or GPS coordinates, the nearest road and a landmark, or meet the driver at the road.
Can I choose exactly where the unit goes?
Placement is your choice, as long as the spot is level, firm and within reach of the truck. Mark it with a flag or cone if you will not be there.
