What we collect
When you call or use the quote form, we collect your ZIP code, delivery address, phone number, dates, unit type, quantity and guest or crew size. If you email us, we receive your email address and message. Card payments are handled by our payment processor. We do not store full card numbers.
How the form works
The quote form is sent through Web3Forms, a form delivery service, which forwards your answers to our email inbox. Web3Forms processes the data only to deliver the message.
How we use it
We use your details to quote, schedule, deliver, service, bill and pick up your rental, and to contact you about the order. We do not sell your information.
Calls
Calls may be recorded for quality and training. Recordings are used only to improve service and are not shared outside the business.
Cookies and analytics
This site uses no advertising cookies. If we add analytics, it will measure page visits and calls in aggregate, and this policy will be updated.
Keeping and deleting data
